The Community Card is a loyalty scheme where you earn points every time you shop. 

The people who walk through our doors every day belong to our community. With your new Community Card, you will be able to collect points which will earn you money off, extra points coupons or special offers.

The Community Card helps make ethical, natural and organic food and products accessible to all.

General Information

These terms and conditions, along with our privacy policy, apply to the Infinity Foods Community Card. By using the card, you agree to these terms. Some additional terms may apply to optional activities, such as prize draws or competitions. Participation in these activities means you accept the extra terms.

• Infinity Foods can change or remove Community Card benefits at any time without prior notice.
• You must be 18 or older and a resident of England, Scotland, Wales, or Northern Ireland to join.
• Only one membership is allowed per person, and the card is non-transferable.

Marketing and Communications

To receive marketing emails, you must:

• Provide a valid email address.
• And opt-in to marketing emails when signing up to the community card.

By opting in to marketing, you consent to receive marketing materials via email. We will never share your details with third parties, except when required by law or with your permission. You can find our full privacy policy here.

You will receive invitations to exclusive events via email. If you unsubscribe or do not opt-in, we may not be able to notify you about events.

Member Offers

• Offers are subject to availability and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person.
• Community Card offers may not combine with other discounts or promotions.
• You must present your Community Card in-store at the time of purchase to access offers.

Using Your Community Card

• The Community Card is valid only at Infinity Foods Shop & Bakery.
• To register, you must provide your name, date of birth, postcode outward code (e.g., BN1) and an email address.
• Only the registered member can use the card; it cannot be transferred or copied.
• Present your card at the time of purchase to access offers, discounts, or collect points.
• When returning items, your card must be presented to adjust the points balance. Failure to do so may result in the loss of all points.
• The Community Card remains the property of Infinity Foods Cooperative Ltd. We may cancel cards or terminate the program if we find abuse or misuse of the card.
• Shoplifting or taking unpaid items will result in your Community Card being frozen and a lifetime ban from the program.

Earning and Using Points

• Earn 1 point for every £1 spent in a single transaction (after discounts). Each point is worth 1p to spend in-store.
• Points are added to the account associated with the card used. Points may take some time to appear in your account.
• Points cannot be earned on certain items, such as corn starch carrier bags, gift cards, or paper gift vouchers. Additional exclusions may apply.
• Promotional vouchers linked to the card are non-transferable and cannot be sold or exchanged for money.
• You can redeem a maximum of 5000 points in one transaction. 
• There is not a limit on the number of points you can collect.  

Extra Benefits

Bonus Points

• Bonus points apply to valid transactions until the date specified on your coupon. Spend excludes gift cards, services, and concessions.
• During specific promotional periods, points may be worth double or more.

Discount Vouchers

• These apply to valid transactions only for the date specified on your coupon. Spend excludes gift cards, services, and concessions.
• Selected members may receive double or more value during promotional events.
• Discount Voucher terms will be stated on each voucher.

Community Price

• Product lines with discounts only available to community card holders will be labelled as community price. This discount will be applied once a valid community card is scanned at the checkout.
