This is a super quick recipe for hummus for those days you have run out and shops are closed or you need a filling fast. Most of these are things you will probably have in your cupboards anyway. It takes ten minutes or less to make from start to finish and is yum!
Method:
- Peel the garlic and add to blender with drained chickpea, tahini, olive oil and lemon juice and a ÂĽ teaspoon of salt.
- Blend, add cold water to loosen the mixture as needed.
- Adjust seasoning to tasteÂ
- Eat!
