This recipe has no emulsifiers, bulkers or thickeners – just good old Infinity Foods Organic Olive Oil and a good quality maple syrup.
While the base recipe has gone all over the internet, the idea of adding these amazing flavour enhancers is our idea.
Method
- Pour your measured amounts of olive oil and maple syrup into a medium-sized mixing bowl.
- Stir vigorously with a whisk until the oil has emulsified. You will know it is done when the consistency is thicker and no longer transparent.
- Add any of or optional additions.
- Put it on your favourite desserts and enjoy!
